Nissan Pulsar N14 - Fastest FWD

THE FASTEST FRONT WHEEL DRIVE PULSAR

Some people know how to build cars a certain way. For some people, it is all about how low they can go. For others it is all about the cruising aspect with the bright paint and the big wheels. But for Rowan, he builds cars to go quick....we say that he has succeeded. Having just run a 11.5 second pass at 127 MPH, this Nissan Pulsar is by far the fastest front wheel drive pulsar in Australia. It must be noted that this run was accomplished with a 2.009 second 60 foot time which is put down to a lack of traction. Rowan’s car has previously set times at over 130 MPH and smaller 60 foot times, so it is a safe bet to assume that the current 11.5 second time is about to beat.

Judging by the impact that this car made when it was first released, we can only bet on an excellent return to the show circuit.

Opel Aus Cruise

On the 14th of September, the Sydney branch of the OpelAus forums held a cruise which started at Bunnings in Dural. The first section of roadway took them to St Albans Road and then through some windy roads to Old Settlers Road. Although not the usual type of cruise which the average modifier takes though the streets of the capital cities and beaches, this group though that a "quick blast" through the rugged streets of the outer city would be more fun.
